If you haven’t figured it out yet, this site is called wing zombie because I crave chicken wings like a zombie craves brains. This passion has grown over the past 5 years to a point where if there are wings on the menu, I’m ordering them. A deep fryer constantly resides on the kitchen counter top. Dinner consists of wings at least twice a week. I don’t know what it is about them. I guess it combines my love of all things fried, all things spicy and being able to eat with my hands.
