Due to the extreme lack of ethnic food stores in my local geographic, it seems like I keep finding myself going to World Market in search of new gastronomic adventures. Mrs. Zombie and I were kicking around a few weeks ago, killing sometime before going to the movies so we found ourselves in World Market. I’m back from vacation! Yep, you get to deal with me some more. Today I got off on a little tangent about uni-taskers vs. multi-taskers. I’m not talking about people…I don’t care about them. I’m talking about stuff. It could be your cell phone or your stove. Some times, it’s cool to be able to do a bunch of different things and then other times it’s good to just do one thing and do that one thing well.

Zomcast Episode 12 – It’s the little things

Went and saw Dream Theater and Iron Maiden this past week. It was an amazing concert but it brought up a few things that I go on a rant about. There are couple things that venues need to pay attention too that would really make the concert going experience that much better.
The bands featured this week are Dream Theater, Opeth and Bullet for My Valentine. There wasn’t a theme to this weeks episode because frankly…I didn’t feel that much like putting one together, deal with it.

So it would seem that it is getting more difficult each and every day for me to find PIGI items around these parts. Now, admittedly…I don’t try that hard. I’m not going on any kind pilgrimage to the weird food holy land or anything (it is located somewhere deep in the jungles of South East Asia if you are to believe the legends) but, I just wander all the odd isles of the grocery stores to see what may catch my eye and I have come up with a few.

80′s songs gone metal and how the TV lies to you. I realize there was lots of great music in the 80′s…hell, I’m a product of Bay Area thrash metal but let’s face it, there was a ton of garbage. Thankfully some of your favorite metal bands and mine of remade some of these turds into something that is quite delicious. I also go off on a rant about how the TV lies to you.
