Woot! It was a crazy busy week this week but I still made time to visit Studio Z and do a little Zomcasting!
This week I reflect on customer service and go off on a little rant about what I think is wrong with it and I hate to break it to you but, it’s YOU!

For this edition of PIGI, I was fortunate to be blessed by one of my ever faithful readers. Steve, who posts over on Pirate 4×4 as “lttlbddy”, sent me a message asking for my mailing address saying that he had some “treats” for me.
